Can anyone make a hood latch for L-tuned grille?

Need one for my L-tuned grille? Willing to pay for your time and materials. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Actually, the grille itself has the holes in it. I just need the hood latch that connects the grille to the hood.

One off fabrication, or are you missing a part? If you have a template or sample to go off of any metal fab shop should be able to handle it.
