i mean asking 5k and offering 4k cash.... i mean what is it gonna be payments? its always cash I dont know if it really means anything but I really think hes gonna counter at like 4800 4700 and u will meet either 4400 4500 or 4600 depending on who the better negotiator is and how many calls hes getting.

Cash is king. I agree, he will probably counter at $4500.
