Wow man this is unexpected from JZS i have bought several things from them over the years and any problems I had were immediately answered and handled, therefore I hope they help you out cause that wheel is clearly the wrong color, how could they be blaming you for their suppliers mistakes, there is clear evidence of that, GL... hope they make things right

Aristo black wood.......

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...grey-wood.html

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/2ge...rior-trim.html

NOT EVEN CLOSE...this wheel looks a purple black color . The Aristo wood is black grey colored like I stated.

I provided about 20 pictures and a video of the actual color and they provide me nothing but excuses.

Yeah they immediately answer, they immediately tell you to sorry your problem not ours!!!!!!

nar8ta, take a look at my shift ****. It's similar in color to your steering wheel. It's the flash that makes it show like that.

Bro I'm tellin you the wheel has a different color. Every other picture I sent does not have the color of that ****. If that were so why doesn't the **** match the rest of the trim in those pics? The logic is not consistent.

what color is this shift **** :

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...grey-wood.html

Could it be possible they are pattening from a **** which does not match the trim? Because clearly there is two different colors.

Without the flash you can see a purple tone not a gray tone.

Also, I want to say that the Aristo Black "Wood" is actually called "Black Marble."

Don't quote me on that.

Probably because you're comparing plastic to dyed wood.

-hopefully another CL member that has the right color steering wheel can chime in and share a photo. That way nar8ta can prove his point.
Thats the question because in japan the aristo has interior colors that werent available to the u.s my friend has the dealer catalog so the blackwood in japan might not be the same color as the sports design over here. Even the tan interiors sometimes have different shades.

Again, Lets use logic, is it possible they are sourcing a wood **** which does not match the rest of the Aristo trim. We're not even talking about the sportdesign black wood trim which is the exact same color of the Aristo trim.

Think about what I'm say rather than sticking to an argument to appear right.

So we have two different color *****. One which doesn't even match it's trim. can this be the issue?

I should have done the same via Grazio.

No they just blame the customer, and give Jedi mind tricks which don't work. And on top of that they don't take back a day old part they sold which hasn't even been installed yet.
