Default Is JZS INTERNATIONAL, JAPAN smoking crack

JZS INTERNATIONAL have the gual to tell me this:

Our black wood steering wheels we have been selling to our many customers are using the "REAL" black wood that are made for TOYOTA Aristo black wood interior(we asked the supplier of our steering wheen and, they said there is only one black color for the steering wheel for Aristo).

Look at the color:

I replied stating:

Thanks for the response, but my interior part are OEM from a 2002 Lexus GS sportsdesign black wood option and not aftermarket. So there is no way this is the same color.

Here is the interior of a OEM 2002 Lexus GS Sportdesign edition. Look at the pictures or just search : 02 lexus GS sportsdesign edition. Toyota released this addition in Black on black wood and black on saddle.

This wheel is totally the wrong color. Can you please right this situation because this wheel can't be used. The first wheel i bought from you last year (grey with brown wood) match perfectly. This wood wheel is not even close to stock color. This color is not even the color of the picture you sent. Again the Toyota OEM Black wood has a grey black tint to it, this wood wheel is purple black. Nice wheel but doesn't match.

I'm trying my best not to get upset with these dudes

Why lie!!!!!!

I will hope so, because this information sounds questionable.

Damn,

It sucks that your interior project is delayed. Not only you gotta get the right color. Then you gotta ship the item back, and wait for the right one.

They seem to have a good rep, I think they should make it right.

same interior black wood color bro, I sent him the pictures and a video.

Grazio&co has the right color and he said this about them:

Our wood steering wheel is not from Grazio. The Grazio steering wheel is not using the real wood, their wood color is just painted, and their prices is very high. Therefore, we are always offering our customers the "real" wood steering wheel with the great price.

You have got to be kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JZS INTERNATIONAL, JAPAN to me

Dear Sir

We thank you for your message.

We have discussed with the supplier of the black wood steering for you, but the supplier said they have sold their black wood steering wheels for a long time, and they have never gotten any claims about the color from their cusotmers because their black wood steering is made for TOYOTA Aristo with black wood interior color. Also, we had sold the black wood steering wheels to our customers in the US and never gotten any claims as well. Therefore, we cannot accept the return of the item from you. We are sorry for the inconeince.

My Last response: (Trying to remain professional)

Sir, you have sent me a new product which is not the right color. You have provided me words no pictures, just words and I am suppose to trust your word when I have the product in my hand to compare. Again many club lexus members are your customers and referred me to you. I find it highly disrespectful that i contact you the day of recieving the package to let you know that there is an issue with the color and you don't have the decency to make a small issue right. I now have a wheel that i have no use for because it doesn't match my OEM color and you won't even make it right. This is horrible customer service which will not be tolerated. I recieved the package and immediately informed you sir. I paid you in good faith. Every step of the way your request was honored in terms of payment, but now you don't want to take care of your customer which has proved you proof of OEM color. All you have done is provided words that I can't trust.

Please provide proof, not empty claim about your supplier. HOW MANY pictures have you provided me. ZERO!!!!!! Please provide me pictures and video of an aristo interior the color of the black wood you sent me. No excuses, proof.

Have you tired to take care of a valued customer or have you hid behind the empty excuse about what you supplier says. Explain to me how could you not except a brand new never installed product. Then you down talk Gracio&Co's produce but other club lexus members have bought black wood wheels from them which match their OEM interior. I would have paid more money for a produce that actually is the right color.

Again i want to continue to do business with you, and hope this situation can be resolved.

Mr downs

Wow, That was not a good response by JZS. They are only a distributor or middleman. The actual supplier/maker of the steering needs to see this problem.

-As stated by another member, is there a difference between an Toyota Aristo black wood interior and a Lexus GS Sport Design black wood interior?

-hopefully another CL member that has the right color steering wheel can chime in and share a photo. That way nar8ta can prove his point.
