Default GS400 with paddle shifters. Can this be done?

Just wondering if the paddle shifters can be retrofitted onto the GS steering wheel since we already have the shifters on the steering wheel.. Ebay has a few IS250/350 complete steering wheels and also individual paddle shifter kits..

I've seen this done on an older Infiniti FX35 and it turned out great. I understand there would be some cutting and fabricating which i can't do but it would be really impressive to see a mod like this on the GS..

heres a few links

IS250 paddle shifters

Infiniti FX50 shifters (look better IMO)

complete steering wheel.. Stitching would have to be replaced with tan and plastic painted but i wonder if it would fit

where's Jeff, he could do this

Good find... Thanks ...

looks like you would need to change out the steering wheel and unable to use
stock wheel?

It's too bad Lexus made it so you can only start in 2nd gear with the eshift. They took something that could have been fun and made it about as fun as pinching your finger in a door.

I love note 4 on the website. Use at your own risk hahaha. Just get the chip/triptronic from a 01+ OEM Quality can't be beat.
