Not sure but if the starter does not turn over at all it might be the clutch (neutral start) switch.

Sounds like you have a GTE ecu with an immobilizer. On the GTE ecu do you have 6 plugs or 5 plugs?

You have an ecu with immobillizer. You will have to get an ecu without the grey plug.

I think I've seen it done on supraforums in the past. Same concept what wires would be bypassed when installing a remote start car alarm. The car has to start without the key in that senario an there are plenty of gs's with remote start out there.

Other way is to go to a locksmith that has the equipment to reflash and have them program your immobilizer circuit to match the ecu and it will start. Just call around and see if there is a mobile locksmith that has the toyota flash tools, here a guy in in Sacramento: http://www.locksmithsacramento.mobi/..._Services.html

"On-site Onboard Immobilizer Chip Flash for:

Honda Prelude, NSX & RL 1996 - 2004
Lexus ES300, ES330, GS300, GS400, GS430, GX470, IS300, LS400, LS430, LX470, RX300, RX330, RX400, SC300, SC400, SC430
Toyota ECU & ICU for 4Runner, Avalon, Camry, Corolla, Highlander, Land Cruiser, Matrix, MR2, Prius, Sienna, RAV4, Sequoia, Solara, Tacoma"

But just incase you need them here are the Immobilizer Wire Color Codes:

Blue/Red = SYNCH
Black/White = CLOCK
Green/Black = DATA
Black/Red = IGNITION
White/Black = GROUND
Yellow = KEY SENSE
