I own a 99 gs400 and I came home tonight parked my car in the driveway locked the doors with my remote and then Relized I forgot something in the car so I pressed the unlock botton twice to unlock rear doors but then all my windows and sunroof opened. I thought that I had accidently held the botton too long and opened them so I put my key in the driver side door and turned it to shut everything but nothing happened, my key will not lock or unlock the doors, the botton will no longer open the trunk and the remote won't lock the car. Now if I press the botton on the remote just once it unlocks all doors and opens all windows and sunroof.
I replaced the battery in the remote and it doesn't seem that any bottons are stuck I would be thankful for any help or ideas

Update and wow do I feel stupid.
I took off my driver side door panel and looked inside near the actuator and the rod that connects to the door handle lock was disconnected I'm sure that when I changed out the little motor in the lock actuator I didn't connect the clip right so It just finally came out and was moving around in the door causing everything to not work
