Thanks for finding that, I looked for a minute and couldn't find it. Gonna try the wetsand thing, hoping that works cuz thats crazy expensive for a little bling.

Anywhere from 1.5k-2k grit should do the job depending on how bad they are.

Don't sand it. You're in Ohio -- when it snows, rains, etc the dirt and chems from the road/salt will make your tips worse.

the diameter of the stock piping I think is 2.5" -- Outer diameter, just look for exaust tips with a 2.5" pipe and I'd say 3" or stay with 2.5" tips. You dont have to get tips specifically made for the GS. I bought magnaflow tips for $80.00 and removed my L-tuned tips.

Spray a little WD-40 in there or any other lubricant, then pull hard while twisting at the same time. Should come right off.

You remove the wheels and then drop the transmission pan. This will give you access to the Plugs and Tips

Go to one of your local muffler shops they usually carry a variety of muffler tips pick the tips you like and they will cut the oem tips off and replace them for you shouldn't be anymore than $100 all depends on the size tips you get. I went that route. I think the back of the GS is too big for the stock 2.5-3" tips.

Well i have them installed but I have one problem. The little rubber donut things that hold the exhaust up are stretched out. Making the exhaust hang really low. Is there any easy solution to this?
