^^ i agree to ive really dont notice that much in output between 6000k or 4300k just color anything above 6000k you start loosing output in my opinion ...
First thing I'd do is swap the bulbs from side to side and see if the problem moves as others have said. If you need new bulbs there are plenty of options.

I don't know that 6000k's are necessarily an upgrade, I'm running them but the output is a little less than 4300k's. They have a little more blue-white color than the stock bulbs but sacrifice a little useable light. It's not much but if you want to keep the car stock and keep the most output you'd probably be happier with 4300k.
Search fleabay, I picked up a set of D4 OEM Denso ballasts and bulbs for about $300 delivered to Australia... They've been going strong for 3 years or so now.
