frayed or hole in seat belt

anyone have information on how to replace seat belts or if they should be replaced if slight frayed or one small home, etc?

Very nice blue GS! The 09 GS wheels look good!
My 01 GS430 has a fray on the driver's side, it's getting worse... It seems like it was caused by a sharp flashing part of plastic on the buckle where it slides through... the only option is to replace the assembly. About $200 for it.
The seat has to come out and then a few pieces of interior trim, then the belt assembly bolts. I did one on an LS400 a number of years ago, not hard other than getting the seat out is heavy and awkward.

Where did you buy the belt and was this a DIY?
