Default Check engine code turning on and off :(

So I have been looking around for some time now an answer to my question but I havent been lucky enough to find it. I rarely post stuff on here because i normally can find what I am looking for. If someone has an answer at a different thread then please link it and I apologize for wasting space.

I have a 2001 GS430 with about 132,000 miles. My cars CEL first turned on last year on a trip to Chicago from D.C. When I came back from D.C I took it to the shop. They said that it was the one of the cats. At this time i only replaced one because they said that all the cats where working at the intended temperature besides the one replaced. I also replaced about 3 O2 sensors. After this, the CEL didnt go on for about 2 weeks. Then it started coming back on again. Back in April, I had it checked by the guys at AutoZone and the code was PO430, which is possibly a cat, ignition or fuel system malfunction. The weird thing is that I will fill up full tank.. 3/4 of the tank the CEL will turn on..to about 1/2 a tank or lower and either turn off randomly or while the car is parked over night...go all the way to 1/4 of a tank...I will gas up again..and then the same thing will happen. Basically on a full tank, the CEL will turn on at least once. I am still getting around 280-310 miles per full tank and about 19-22 miles per gal. I hope I made sense and if any of you guys are able to give me tips on what to check next I surely appreciate it. I have another trip to Chicago next week lol

You have 4 O2 sensors. PO430 is for bank 2 which is the passenger side of the car. Which O2 sensors were replaced? You should be getting around 400 miles per tankful if you go down to near empty. The light trips after the condition that causes it happens I think 3 times.

There are two a/f sensors before the cats. Then two o2 sensors after the cats. A p0430 is indicating either a bad sensor, bad cat, or wiring from o2 to the ecu. Won't have anything to do with your fuel tank level. Cheapest way to diag it yourself

Replace sensor, clear code

Comes back on, replace cat

Comes back on, diag is needed for shorts
