Aristo Half Cut For my 99 GS300 (Help Needed)

HI All
So im looking at picking up a 99 model Aristo halfcut thisweekend But before i do i wanna know am i biting off more than i can chew Im not new to engines or mechanics I am new to repinning ecu's ect iv followed all of jeffs builds ect but has any one done the swap with a half cut and how easy was it keeping in mind i need the quickest turn around posiable as my car is a daily so for now there will be no mods just the basic of basic swaps to get the car driving again till christmas when ill add a few extras all help will be great im in Australia so tuners ect here are rare with any knowlage with these cars so pretty much all my help will be from you guys cheers

ok so ive found another cut in way better shape from an import company that will do hot run leakdown test ect ect
So any ways im more worried about a few things that ive been reading with Being over rich and will i need a jet pump killer if im keeping the swap standard also am i better off keeping my 5 speed or doing a dash wire swap at the same time and bring over the e-Shift as well.
