The 3 buttons are for the Homelink for the garage door (unfortunately I haven't been able to put it to use) and the one on the rear view mirror is for glare reduction (try it during night driving and you should be able to tell when you see other car's headlights). There might be a link on the site or a member will probably be able to chime in and assist.

The button on the mirror is a dimmer switch. It controls the side view mirrors as well. When its off its off ,and when it is on it dims all three mirrors automaticly.

Like if a *sshole behind you has his high beams on, you just press the button on the mirror and it dims it for you.

the instruction on how to program the homelink is in the owners manual, pretty easy.
The dimmer, just leave it on and it will self adjust whenever needed, varify it is on by the little green light next to the button

my side mirrors' color don't match. The passenger side mirror has a green hue to it, the driver's side does not... Maybe something's wrong with the dimmer system of my GS?

Does not apply to guys with tint window. lol
But to test it: shine any light over the sensor. Mirros turn grayish/purplish. (Wish it looked like that 24/7)
