i am doing timming on my 98 gs 300 i bought and have put a another head gasket with 24000 miles it came from a supra i have installed it and when i was installing the exhaust cam as soon as i bolted down in sequence the crank wont turn all the way 360 to set it at zero ,at first i thought maybe one of the valves is bent or something is preventing it from turning but i checked all the valves they are fine what do you think i did wrong i need help on this one guys thnx

 

did u make sure the caps numbers are right and with the arrows to the gear

 

no i didn't do that i am all ears...
