Vossen Wheels + CarbonGS = New Look *Teaser*
Yeah yeah, I know.... Not another teaser thread. However I am trying to dial in the fitment and all that before I post up the final shots. The car has been looking the same for so long with the old wheels I felt it was time for a change. Came across these Vossen Wheels and I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Did my research. The materials they use are awesome, quality is great, and they have some clean designs. I wanted something clean and simple but also eye catching.
Sizes are:
20" x 9" +20
20" x 10.5" +25
I already have 285/30/20 and 245/35/20 tires. Trying to use them again but it is proving to be difficult. I have been told to reuse my 245/35/20 on the new rear wheels and go with a 225 series tire up front. Any ideas?
These showed up on my door step a few days ago
The old rears
The old fronts
The new rears
Rear fitment without tires
Here's a vid of how it moves from all the way up to down. Probably will have to dial in some more camber to get it to tuck. Thinking about using my old tires from the front wheels on the newer rear wheels and getting newer smaller tires for the fronts.
