New wheels, new problems
Ok gys, so I Finally got my wheels mounted but now my rear passenger tire is getting ruined. I am running 275/30/19 +38 offset. Drivers side is fine but passenger is rubbing. I will post pics of the car and also what its doing to the tire. I am lowered on Tanabe df210 on stock struts. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a similar issue on the passenger side, the only reason being that my camber is a little different on the passenger side causing the occasional rubbing, maybe it is also true for You. However my fenders are also shaved, you might want to do the same

How much do you shave off? I have been searching for a DIY or info on this but im not having much luck. I will keep looking. I took the plastic liner off but it still rubs when I hit a dip or something like that.

I shaved off almost everything because my wheels sit almost flush with the fender, therefore the little edge that is left is what it occasionally rubs on, usually if I have some passengers along for the ride

I keep hearing that rolling is not good and can mess things up. Do i just shave fender area or also the bumper area as well? Id really like to know what rubs 1st so I can shave that 1st and see if that takes care of the problem before I cut the whole thing. Anyone know the area that usually hits 1st on these cars? A pic would be helpful also.
