CL - You've Slapped Sense Into Me
being new to CL with just a couple threads and I've quickly realized I've had it all wrong this whole time. Everything that I've ever done to my cars in the past must never happen to my recently acquired GS. Quality High End parts, patience, and time is what I'm getting from the threads and responses to them.
I recently questioned the possibility of the HID CCFL Halos and got tassed shortly after... TY
Now i'm in contact with a pair of LS430 Projectors even though I like the look of the Q45 sets. The only thing I'm bummed about is not having time for the DIY pride and appreciation... with a 7month old at home and the mrs. getteing her Masters Degree I get off work and come home to get to work.
Long thread short... no short cuts no cheap parts no quick fixes. I just need the right links to the best sites and reliable japanese translator app

Congrats on getting a GS, you're going to love this car.
You sound mature beyond your years, but seriously, the guys here are a an incredible brain-trust. I'll second your view about quality parts. I just got my GS up to 200KPH tonight and learned that bigger brakes should be your first mod. Not that the stock system sucks, it's pretty good, but stopping is way more important than, say a cold air intake. I've got my stainless lines, now thinking about rotors and pads. Enjoy your GS.
