Default What Does The Trd Stb Do?

I have gs400. I do not have any suspension mods and an runnign on the OEM 17's. I am curious to know what the trd stb will do? I want my car to handle similar to the is300. I know it won't happen due to the weight but i want it close. please help

STB holds left and right shock towers in alignment making the whole chassis 'tighter' with less flex so steering and handling feel is improved. Not dramatic, but noticeable.

I and an IS300 owner felt my car handles like his car. My main suspension mods are TRD STB, sways, and L-Tuned suspension.

gqii - the STB won't come close to making your GS handle like an IS. Probably one of the bolt-on pieces you feel the 'least' amount of difference. It adds a bit of 'stiffness' to the front of the car, you'll feel less body flex when you go over train tracks, bumps, etc.

I did a search for STB and found a bunch of links that will also help answer your question (search works great for that )

Hey, here's one from June where you're thinking about buying the STB. Order it already!
