Default Anyway to make custom clear see through glass for fog light retrofit?

Hey CL i wanna retrofit projectors and im gonna make a custom shrouds to match the sportdesign gunmetal color so it matches but the only hump im trying to get over is i want a clear glass so that the cutoff wont be distorted with that ugly looking glass cover we all have. Come on people we gotta think of something (:

Cutoff sure does look good on these

^ What he said
But glass is better at chip resistance. Lexan is strong but way more mallible, so you'd have way more chips than all our ugly looking glass in very little time.

Theres a 15 page thread about this, it can be done but if you decide to get lexan it will chip, flake, gouge, etc...

If I can find the thread I'll edit my post but just search through my posts you'll see I posted in the same thread.

without spending ALOT of cash to get it done in a CAD machine first, its just not gonna hapen. its not gonna be cheap or easy to to do especially for one set of lights.

You might want to look into retrofitting them in the "ebay" led fogs. Ive got those projectors in my fogs with the stock lenses, the lens does kill the color in the cutoff but lighting is still good.
