It is easy; but again I've done auto to 5 speed swaps, so yeah...you just have to be sure how things fit.
The cam covers? you mean the cam gear covers? left and right? if so then thats a negatory -- they dont need to come off.

oh ok this should be easy than. since ive done my dad's Toyota Camry 2004 before and it didnt take long at all.
