Default Urgent - easy to move the spindle on new ball joints?

So i just purchased brand new Lower ball joints. I just inspected them and to my surprise one of them was stiff while the other one was not really stiff? Basically the spindle is easy to move while the other one is stiff? is it okay or should i go return one of them?

Don't worry about it. You should be fine as long as you can mount everything up.
