Fog Lights w High Beams??

what about to keep fog lights on with just DRL ? in my 98, I dont really have 'em but if i just turn it once those middle bulbs lights on.. do you know how to make fog lights to start operating as soon as this switch switch to that position and higher (lowbeam,auto)

It justs adds a bit more light w the high beams and it does look cool...& I always flick the h-beams off for on-coming vehicles.
