According to Lexus publications there was a total of 162,181 2nd gen GS's built from 98 to 05. If you break that down that averages to about 20,272 cars a year which if you think about it that's not a lot. But we all know that production figures varied from year to year. Just for comparision there were 89,778 IS300's made from 01 to 05.

Cool story lol jk but yea it doesn't sound like a lot and that is why I don't really see that many 2GS's to be honest. Its good to know that its a fairly uncommon car. However, I do see a lot IS's, 3 and 5 series bmw, C and E classes etc. which seem to be everywhere.

I got it on the lexus.com website when I was looking around on it today. I didn't notice any breakdown though on colors, packages or options which would have been cool to know.
