Trunk Lowering Mechanism
I have a 2003 GS 300. I was pulling an object out of my trunk and accidentally pulled off one of the bars that is part of the trunk lowering mechanism. Does anyone have instructions or a picture (or both) of how to re-install it?
It doesn't seem worth it to take it to a dealer, but I'm baffled how it goes back in. Please help.
Thanks.

I think he means the torsion bars for the trunk lid. The end with the most bends in it goes closest to the rear bumper and then forms an x under the rear deck lid. Duplicate how the other one is attached.
