How do you remove the leather panel inserts in the door panels???****

Can anyone help me out cant seem to get them out

They're screwed into the door panel. A phillips screwdriver is all you'll need to remove them.

so i take off the plastic panel then i unscrew the insertes right?

Take off the door panel. You shouldn't have to take off the cables, just let the door panel sit on something. Look at the backside and you'll see gold phillips head screws. Note: the ones toward the top are for the wood trim.
