Default 14.69 et... with my LS400!!!

Ok, its not a GS but it does have virtually the same engine with a 10hp/10tq loss due to more restrictive exhaust (working on it )

Anyway, if you want to see the slip and know more check it out:

Good time with what you have got. My Gs is @13.40 @107 because of 19" tires I have noooooo grip or launch to achieve the 12.6 the 107mph suggests I should. Oh well nice pull.

I don't think you are gonna get a 12.6 if your mph is only 107 maybe 13.1 or 12.9 if that! I think a 12.6 is like 112mph right? I could be wrong!!!

roenick7, you achieved that time using NOS so how would that be "with what you [jbrady] have got"??? jbrady did not use NOS to achieve his times

"with what he has", means a lexus ls400 14.6 is a damn good time.

Yes I was at the speedway last weekend.

I ran against a camero that pulled a 106 @ 12.7

I also ran a 13.4 @ 102mph

I need slicks and rear suspension to grip and rip with the big boys. Yes I have NOS 175 shot but I wasn't talking about that in my post, sorry if it sounded like that.

Good Luck
twin turbo I need you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was there on Sunday , it was tooooo hottt 103-104 degrees out there. Have an A6 2.7T Tiptronic with chip and exhaust, was able to run 13.974 but the turbos were already getting heatsoaked. I had no top end : (.
13.4 is flying at Fontana. Nice run .
A E46 M3 was running 14's on Sunday. We did see a camaro, run a sub 10 sec 1/4, and he was through for the day. Lifted the wheels a full foot off the ground. Announcer would not say the time but he did say the speed was 136mph.

Thanks, I was pleased to get a 14.6. I am hoping for a couple tenths faster in good cool air.

Let me say yours is a killer NOS system. Everyone should pay attention: the ONLY safe way to run over 100hp nos is with individual port injection. This keeps the air/fuel ratio safe for each cylinder.

BTW, what does your car run off the bottle?

I am getting a computer program written to manage fuel/air and timing when I am on and off the bottle. Because I just had duel exhaust done to the car I was waiting to tune it on the dyno when this done. I also wanted a supercharger however SRT no longer sells them (*&%$@). So I may just have a custom intercooler done and then corrrect the fuel mixture. I hope to be sub 13.9 but we will see, it will take 500.00 just in tuning to get there.

Please other GS mods and fellow S-Mods leave this thread here and do not move it back to the LS forum. We want to know what you GS4xx owners suggest, since your forum is much more active than are LS forum.

There is already a same thread in the LS forum so do not move it there.

thank you

roenick7 - you are a hero!!! WAY to go, man!

Question for ya though - are you worried about trashing the transmission or anything else in the car?

I've never been in a NOS-equipped car, so when do you engage it?
