I installed the fronts today with a 19mm adapter. However, the passenger side tends to poke out a little more
than the driver side wheel. Anyone knows why this would be?

My car does have very bad toe/alignment at the moment since I hit a curb pretty bad. I'm guessing this is the problem but wanted to double check.

It's a tolerance thing. Most people can't tell when stock, but when you start really pushing the limit when it comes to tire/fender clearance, you will find that most cars will clear a tiny bit more on one side than the other (not by much). My car has the passenger side rear sticking out just a hair more than the driver side as well in the rear. Every car I've ever owned would have one side poking very slightly more than the other.
