What do you guys think about a 3D center cap? I think i am the first to do it! Maybe?
BTW, Falken 452 tires suck for stretching! Look at the gap that was left LOL. Its a 255-35 on an 11.5.
Just ordered General 265-30's.
Thanks guys! I am changing the bolts on the centers now. Soon as im done I will post pix!

also nothing wrong with that tire for stretching, you just need more pressure to make it seat first...
james vipdout used to run 255/35 on a 11.5
vincent also ran a 255/35 on 11.5
this is a 255 on a 12
another 255 on a 11.5

Never said it cant be done. I said that tire is not good for stretching. I drive this car daily. I will not force anything to work. Over 100psi and it didnt sit. Im good, on to the next tire. Thats way to aggresive for my taste.

well if you talk to a few people who are big into the tire stretching they will tell you they love the falkens.. i know for me to fit a 275/30 on a 12 i had to seat it with a 150psi...to get it to "pop" onto the rim.. just saying before you pay for new tires and dismount that one, take out the schrader valve and hook up a air chuck and let the pressure go from what the compressor can handle...should be about 165 psi

I have talked to a few people and they told me what i saw, that its to hard of a sidewall. Now you are saying that i should go almost 4 times the reccomended air pressure to sit a tire?! LMAO No way. Trust me, i know i could have made it work. Put the tire in a cage and add air pressure till it pops into place or it just pops.
That is just not logical to me. That much to get something to some what work that shouldnt. Plus that stretch just leaves to much gap between tire and wheel flange. I like to keep some function. Safe is fun. Not safe just isnt. And sure you'll say "i know people that have done it forever and and a day" but search and you'll that many more horror stories.
Function and Form. Gotta have the right balance.
