Sounds about right!
FYI... I have 8.5" fronts (+37) and 9.5" rears (+42). My fronts fit nice...probably could go a couple of millimeters further out. My rears are a little "sunken in" - they could perhaps go another 5-10 millimeters further out. All without fender mods.

Something tells me this is his situation and therefore my answer is perfectly fine. No need to go into ridiculous detail. He is only looking for a relatively flush look with no fender modifications within a few millimeters.
The information that I previously provided is fine for stock ride hieght to a 2" drop...how do I know? Because I have a 2" drop (mild) and the fitment looks fine for what I think the OP is looking for. Since there is little or no camber difference from my drop to stock then those specs should also be fine for stock ride hieght as well.
If the OP has a 4"+ drop then camber and other things should obviously be considered for proper fitment.

9/10 wide with a +15 all around should be pretty good..jus add camber and a fender roll and thats as easy as it gets..ofcourse u'll have to tuck some tire for it to look awesome
