Owch, is she ok? Probably shaken. I wouldn't think totaled, all depends on if it needs any time on the frame rack, that really adds a lot of $ (all labor too). 191k isn't going to help either, looks in good shape too (well, was). So you might have to haggle with them some if they want to total it.

ouch! hope everyone is ok. its way too hard to determine if a car is totalled just from a photo. so many factors

I don't think so. I hope everything is okay. It is hard to tell through pictures.

Airbags deploy? That will be the determining factor.

Upon reflection I think it probably will be a total either way. At 191k miles the value at least here in Las Vegas is around $6k. I'm sure you have close to that there.

I would say it all depends on the frame. Bent or not? Others than that replace a fender, hood, front bumper, head light, and maybe a wheel too. Hope your wife is ok.

Take it to the dealership to have the estimate done. I'm sure it's totaled at that many miles. If the damage is more than 75% of the car's value, it's done for, at least that's what I was told when I totaled my 300c SRT8.

Not even close. But given how old it is, parts will cost you a fortune, with the number wrecked.

if repairs cost more than half the book value, they will total it. But! u can buy it back for a song and repair it. That's what me and wifey did. Ours was sideswipped.. also check the suspension, we had a bent control arm
