yeah i liked how he was like "some genius slammed on his brakes" (fixed for you)BTW IF someone wasn't following to closely he wouldn't have rear-ended him so dont blame the person who hit their brakes blame the person who wasn't within a safe braking distance

parts list is OVER what the car is worth so its PROBABLY totaled i mean its possible it wont be but i would be willing to bet they do
Try and have your dad plead the case of stopping short aka insurance fraud on the other party. Sometimes they will 50/50 instead of 100% his fault.
If you plan on junking it. Please sell me your exhaust!!!!! I was going to buy one this week! Hows it sound btw?
how can it be stopping short? even if the other guy intentionally did it arent you supposed to be a safe distance away that no matter what someone does you should have time to react/brake to avoid a wreck

CORRECT..
Insurance company will not Care one bit on any discrepancy unless it is WRITTEN on police report.
Same thing i was thinking, damn, sorry bro, but it looks to me u just need a new headlamp, fender, bumper, and a hood, theres no way that their gonna make that car an r-title, get it fixed up, thats what full insurance is for, your be good to go, trust me..
Depends... who the insurer is and what the adjuster would say. Given its not being done under insurance one would slip by without it changing titles, since insurance isn't involved.

Majority of our GS' are black interior... its rare to see one that isn't. A customer car was just in, 03 SD black interior, with black burlwood.

Umm, that IS totalled, given fair market value based upon a canadian craigslist, a car like this non-wrecked would fetch 7k best case, as it is a low-mileage for the year. And a shop fix exceeding half the value... yeah, she'd be written off.
