Hello CL
Hello from Australia!
I'm a long time lurker but first time poster. Thought I'd just share a pic of my GS300 that I picked up not long ago. It's a '99 model and after doing some maintenance to freshen it up I started getting into the mods. First to go on were 20" wheels followed by some Tanabe DF210's springs to get it sitting nicer. Soon to come are window visors, sports panel air filter and a Tanabe catback exhaust.
I'd like to go nuts on it but it has to stay a daily driven family car. I hope you like

Always loved the white 2nd gen GS's... the orange side marker/turn signal(?) stands out like a sore thumb, you cold always try and find a clear one... easy mod that will stand out/blend in. Welcome to Club Lexus.

Thanks for the welcomes and kind comments!
I know my car is very tame against CL standards so Im glad for the positive feedback. As much as I'd like to stance the F out of my car, it just wouldn't be practical plus the police here would have it defected and off the road in no time at all
The wheels are Sovrano S5's measuring 20x8.5" all round and thanks to CL I convinced myself to add 5mm spacers up front and 25mm spacers out back which BTW is illegal here in Aus. Coz of this I'm considering new wheels with proper offsets
Im sure something can be done to brighten up your lights. I used Turtle Wax Headlight Lens Restorer which includes different buffing pads to clean mine up.
Great idea! Thanks for helping me spend more money. I think clear indicators will look good.
Im in Sydney, close to Parramatta if you know where that is. The springs are pretty good considering Im still on stock shocks. Front end bottoms out every now and then but nothing too bad. I've always had lowered cars so Im used to getting around with minimum damage. Doesn't it suck that aftermarket gear is next to impossible to get locally!

Yeah Parramatta is close, I'm up in Gosford.
Yeah, don't even get me started on the parts.. tried to replace a couple of bushes in the rear when i first got the car.. couldn't get anything, tried to replace the front stuff, couldn't even get lower ball joints through work and I work at an autObarn.. so now I've got to pay an arm and a leg to get them in from either japan or the US.. sucks.
When i get money again I'm going to go BC racing coils because they only work out a tad more expensive than getting the springs in.. >.>
