Maybe it is because its a '98 grille? I think chrome looks ok on an 01+ grille, but I just can't get excited about a chrome '98 grille.

i used similar chrome trim for my interiror, which btw doesnt look ghetto from inside..

This thread is so iced out that my computer froze. Seriously i had to restart it. Anyways OP you do know there is chrome under that original coating on the grill right?

looks like you stuck a bunch of chrome chopsticks on the grill. i rather have it sitting flush then sticking out, which is why i resorted to chrome the grill out using paint stripper. it's really not that hard to do, and even if you wanted to go back to black, it wouldn't be that hard to.
