Default Noise is Back :(

So last year when the temperature began to dip my car started making this awful squealing sound at start up. The sound lasts until the car warms up. Last year I posted a video on the Forum, and a few people said it might be coming from the Power Steering, and that I should replace the fluid because there could be water in the fluid that is freezing and causing the sound. This summer I replaced the fluid hoping that my car would no longer make the sound. However, its getting cool out again and the sound is back. It is making the sound on days when the temp hasn't even dropped below freezing.

Here is a video:

serpentine belt idler or tension er. 100 bucks will replace both, may as well do a belt while you are there. to check it...start it in the morning when it is cold and spray the center of the idler or tension er with wd40. if the sound gets quieter or goes away....there you go.

Thanks for the advice cshroder. The other day I sprayed both parts with WD-40 and the noise almost completed went away. Now I just need t figure out which one of the parts it is.

It could also be your power steering pump!
