Believe it or not, I did mine with OFF (yes, insects repellent) just spray it into a paper towel and buff over the lenses. Finish it with a good wax. That is!
Of course mine was not as yellow as yours.

i also forgot to mention that when u do the sanding and buffing make sure to keep up with it every other week, by polishing and waxing because when sanding the headlights your actually removing the UV coating that prevents the light from yellowing. the yellowing is actually underneath that UV coating (which sounds weird but true). i heard plastiX or something like that works well to put a UV coating back on. The waxing will only be effective for a couple to a few months depending on how you keep up with it.

You have to use an automotive grade UV resistant clear coat. Its not cheap.

I am either going to have an autobody shop do it when I get my bumper painted or try this:

wow , this is hella cheaper than new headlights...good write up.....did you use an orbital buffer?

Yea i used an orbital... But i used a wool pad... Dont use it... Use the sponge type!!!
