Aftermarket sealed sub...what to do with factory sub?

Aftermarket sealed sub...what to do with factory sub?
For those of you who have put in a sealed box in your gs2, what are you doing with the factory sub?
Is it sitting unhooked / removed?
Are you replacing it with an infinite baffle sub to use in conjunction with your sealed sub?
Are you supplying the factory sub power from another channel in your aftermarket amp?
I have a non-ML system with a sealed 10" that I am about to put in, but have not yet bought the amp. I'm curious if you guys are utilizing and what sounds best in the gs2. Seems like a waste to let that space go unused.
