I of course have the vsc abs lights syndrome. I read on this sight how to pull the codes with the jumper, but the instructions are not clear on what thats blinking I need to read.

For example, my abs and vsc blink together 3 times so thats what I thought I was suppose to count, but then the vsc starts blinking on its own, then the abs on its own and back to both abs and vsc at the same time, after that the vsc and abs blink in an alternating pattern???

I still am guessing that I am suppose to be counting when the abs and vsc are blinking together, but after the first number comes across, then the abs and vsc do their own thing for a while until the vsc and abs finally blink together again.

Ok, one more last question. Since no one can help me with my codes, it seems my option is to go to Lexus and have them scan them and reset them for the cost of $80 (from what I've read on here). Well if I am going to pay them $80, I would rather buy a scan tool myself, but I know not all scan tools do Lexus or ABS. So my last question is, does anyone know of a scan tool I can buy to read the codes and clear them on my 99 GS300?

I am updating this just in case someone else runs into this problem, and also to help all the people who viewed this thread and couldn't help me understand how to do this also understand. The light you are counting is only the "ABS" light regardless of if it is lit by itself or with the vsc also, they all count. Example, my video is throwing me a code 32 even though the vsc light sometimes blinks with the ABS and sometimes not, you still count everytime ABS is illuminated.
