im not a lexus guru to say the least, but i would first check with the basics
battery conection
loose ground
loose/ dirty maf or connection
recheck the position of the crank and cam gears
try starting the car in the neutral position
check connection to the starter/alternator
pretty much just trouble shooting anything you might have removed/touched/bumped
sorry i cant help more then that, let us know if any of this helped or when you find the fix please.

if it "jumped time" there is about a 99% chance that you bent some valves, but you may have won the timing lottery and nothing is wrong. One or two ribs off on any pulley is a disaster. go to www.tradebit.com, do a search for the manual and download it. Set the timing and then do a compression check. I think the manual on tradebit.com is only 8 dollars. I have already posted a pdf of the timing belt changing procedure here on craigslist, just search my userid. I will follow that up here with a post of removal and reinstall of the cams. That is where the instructions are to set the timing from scratch, it is not organized like that you have to go through the all the pages and use the information you need. there are no step by step instructions on resetting the timing. right in the beginning there are instructions on checking valve lash clearance, is shows how to make sure you are on top dead center, then later it shows how to set the timing on the cams in the section that includes cam removal and reinstallation.
here you go
