Peltiers require quite some power to operate. You will also need a big heatsink and a fan to cool the hot side. The better you cool the hot side, the colder the cold side will be. It looks like overkill for this kind of application though. I had peltier cooling on my PIII back in the day ![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Just epoxy some large heatsinks on them. Passive cooling is the best solution here as it won't require any maintenance afterwards.

Hey idk if you found a place to put em yet but I found these installation instructions. I guess you can just follow the pictures. http://www.valuepicturehosting.com/a...J1_install.pdf It looks like they put the resistors behind the lights. Btw Nice tails

Guys, save yourselves the time and money, don't install the tail light resistors and just do the indicator light mod here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/lig...l?ref=esp-link
Just installed some depos on a 98, did this mod, works great. Easy to reverse if needed and you don't have to open up your dash.

I'm just going without the resistors with the indicator light on. Doesnt really bother me, I just check every now and then to see if I really have a bulb out. So far these are working great for me.

So does anyone have an idea of where to place those resistors without it having any impact on possible safety hazard issues? I can't recall which thread I read awhile back where they shrewdly tucked the resistors. I'm about to buy some but don't wanna deal w/ any dash light indicators. Thanks guys ~
