Will a 2001 IS300 grill fit on my 2001 gs300?

I found a 2001 is300 grill for 50$ shipped...I just wanted to know if it would fit on my gs300...It looks about the same in pics and design...Here is the pic

no will not fit. simple as that. is300 =/= gs300

I have an unused GS one just like that for $45 shipped to AL if you want it.
