Hello guys
This is my first post so please help me out.
I recently bought a 2000 Lexus GS300 2JZ-GE. The car was functioning properly for at least 3 months. Then I went to take it for servicing. Guess what, the mechanics messed up the car. The car is not accelerating properly. It's going up to 3500RPM, which is quite bad. The VSC, VSC OFF, and the ABS sensor errors are appearing on the dashboard of the lexus.
We then took it to another mechanic, they did a diagnosis of the car, that means to check which parts of the car are not functioning properly. The machine reported that the ABS SENSOR AND THE OXYGEN SENSOR WERE DAMAGED. Are those sensors affecting the acceleration of the car? Please reply as fast as possible because I want the car to be back to normal.
And those sensors are very expensive. So please tell me what I should do? Is the car in limp mode?
Note: The car is accelerating up to 3500RPM. It does not go above that value. It will feel like the car is hitting a wall, if you know what am saying,.
I'm sorry that the story is quite long :P

The oxygen sensor bank 2 will not affect how the engine runs. They're just for emissions testing purposes. The wheel speed sensor is what's causing the 3 lights to go off on the dash. The ABS control sensor might possibly be causing the car to run funny. What exactly did the mechanic do to mess it up?

Thanks for your quick reply.
Well that was my first mechanic who messed up the car. He said he did not know what he did (wierd right?). Do you think its the timing belt which is causing this problem as the problem started when the first mechanic changed the timing belt? What exactly does the ABS do? This is how the 3 lights were showed on the dash: The left wheel was twisted because the lower ball joint was broken. So when the 2nd mechanic changed the lower ball joint, these lights showed up. This happened 1 month ago. The mechanic checked the ABS Sensor, he said its okay. I read in one of your post that you were saying that its not the ABS sensor which is broken but it is the wire which is busted.

Can you just unplug and disable the ABS so it can't do anything so he can drive and fix later?
My 99 Suburban has a dirty wheel sensor and it will apply the ABS when I am slowing when there is no lockup, increasing stopping distances. I just unplugged the motor in the ABS controller till I get around to fixing the sensor issue.
