Have you been using any cleaning substance on there?I have found that many cleaning substances are actually solvents as well and will break down leather coatings and dyes...

Lexus Test Driver
I have the same issue.
It should be covered by warranty.
Speaking of Jeeps. My friend took his three year old jeep in to the dealer to complain that the seat cusion was worn out and that the leather looked wrinkled. They fixed it under warranty no questions asked and even installed new leather on the lower half of the seat. OK, So pleased with the result he takes his three year old E430 to MB dealer and complains again that the seat cussions are worn and they again take care of it under warranty.
I have not tried Lexus to fix my tearing and cracking driver's seat but I'm very tempted to try.
