Coils get no negative.

So I was testing my ignition due to my gs not starting. Well the coils get a positive but never get a negative. I have cranked the engine and left it in the on position but no negative. Could this be a bad ICU. Or can it be something else?

Check your local lexus dealer they can print you a copy
