Default Sputtering GS, 218k Miles

Sputtering at idle at stop with foot on the brake. When I start to go, sputtering goes away. Got 'misfire' code and changed spark plugs. Sputtering still there.
Got 'P1349' code suggesting Oil Control Valve Filter is partially clogged. Filter Part number is 15678-46010.
Does anyone know how to replace this part?

It's a common problem, try cleaning it out.

I got that code a few weeks ago and was told to replace the oil control valve by my mechanic

Here we are a few weeks later and the check engine light is OFF now and has been for a few days so could the problem have resolved itself or is it just a matter of time before it comes back on?

When it gets clogged again, the CEL will come on again.

I changed mine at 100k miles, it only was slightly dirty. I can't see why it would clogg soon unless you don't change your engine oil. It is really easy to change, just one bolt to undo. You need to take off the cambelt cover iirc and then it is on the right side.
