Always get everything in writing... or in my case, a printout. So the service and any complaints etc. is logged. Plus my dealer has these little "We owe you" notes, signed by both the service manager and myself. In fact, they stil owe me for a slight depression on the hood, very minor and only visible in the right light, but it's no biggy and not worth the time. Still, i can get it fixed anytime.
