So my trouble free GS430 is beginning to have some trouble. I have noticed recently when turning the car makes a sort of clicking sound. Also when going over speed bumps I hear some noise. Does anyone have a clue what this might be?

Turning could be a problem with the balljoints and going over bumps is most likely bushings (typically sway bar bushings or lower control arm #2 bushings that have gone bad).

It definitely sounds like ball joints. From going over bumps I would say its the uppers and if you hear that click when turning I would guess the lowers. I would have them both checked out if I were you. Having a ball joint go while driving will definitely ruin your day.

^ Might even ruin your life. Definitely get the problem solved. I hate that the GS has such a weak and compromised front end suspension design. Guess you really can't have everything.
Does the suspension click when you turn without touching the brakes? If it only clicks when you brake, either the weight transfer is causing the suspension to move excessively and make noise, or it could just be something loose in the brake assembly. Either way, get it looked at or if you're competent take a look at it yourself.
