Damn... my GS is still in the shop. And I kept telling those guys at Lexus that there was something wrong with my car. Well, it has been there for over two weeks for a job that was supposedly going to take no more than two days.... Not really complaining since I have been driving an '03 es...... But I am wondering if they messed up my GS. I had just installed the Tein kit if you all will recall.... and you all know that you can't drive a lowered GS like a normal GS. I am a little worried to call and find out, so I think I will just wait until they call. I took it in for the creaking in the interior.... Anyone else with a 98 have this probelm???

Well, if it makes you feel any better, my car has been in the shop for close than 2 months now.
Aside from that, I personally would probably call to see what is wrong. They are obviously not giving it back because of something*. See what they say. Also, if they keep your car for longer than 30 days and it's a new car......I think it falls under a lemon law or something....and they should give you a brand new car. I might be messing this up though.

'98 have some know creaking interior problems...they're probably just waiting for some parts to come in...
...or they that Cobra tech could be working at your dealership and he's going around joyriding your car and then he'll probably post something up about it on www.jackupyerridewhileitsbeingserviced.com...

Yeah, my car has been in the shop for two weeks now too, and it isn't close to completion. I told the guy to take his time...I guess he really is taking his time.

Well, the service manager did say that they would tear out the interior and replace it need be... He assured me they would find/fix the probelm. This was their response after I complained to Lexus customer service and threatened legal action if they did not get rid of the problems. See the car had had some body work that was not disclosed to me.... So, I guess they are trying hard to fix it. I hope so....
