Default Noob Intro

Hello everyone from Marjah Afghanistan and HAPPY NEW YEARS IN A DAY!. My name is Jimmy and I am a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps with 2nd Battalion 9th Marines. Originally from Hollywood Ca, now residing in J-Ville NC. I am new to CL and am honored to be a part of a great and proud community of Lexus owner. Proud owner of a 2000 GS300. My goals for my build upon my return home. Also with safety in mind as I have a baby on the way. He will be born in April. (sad that I will not be there to see him at first moments in life). Is to have a clean flush drop on 19" rims. Been looking around the site and is glad to find an infinate ocean of ideas and insight of everyones experiences.

Immediate goals:
Suspension Upgrade
Rims and Tires
Aero
Baby Safe

Wishful goals:
2jz swap
lsd rear end
manual trans conversion

Welcome and Your the Man! This world would be a sad sad place is it wasn't for the Marines.

Post pics of your ride we'd love to check it out! Great Goals in mind, I would focus on Suspension and the LSD first it will be the biggest difference handling wise!!

WOOOOWWWWWW, I AM SO HAPPY, SMILING FROM EAR TO EAR. THANKS FOR THE WARMING WELCOME EVERYONE. THIS IS HOME. YES, I AM PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN. I DO THE THINGS I DO TO KEEP ALL OF YOU SAFE. 9/11 WAS A VERY SAD DAY FOR ME. I ENLISTED IN THE MARINES FOR THAT REASON. I WILL POST PICS OF MY CURRENTLY STOCK GS300 AS SOON AS MY WIFE SENDS THEM TO ME. NEbiker10, SUSPENSION AND LSD IT IS. THAT WILL BE MY FIRST PROJECT. Ay-nako, LOL THAT IS OMG IN TAGALOG RIGHT? YOUR RIGHT THEY ARE SO MANY STYLES OF GS ON HERE. MY CAR WILL BE THE COMBINED EFFORTS OF EVERY POST I READ ON CL.

Finally got my preggo wife to take a picture of the GS for me. This is my project car after my deployment. From stock to ?. Not sure what I want yet. But mainly to have the suspension beefed up. Any suggestions and ideas much appreciated.
