Just by the fitment I would say both cars are running the +25 offset with rolled/cut fenders

Here is a rough iPhone pic of my +40... It looks about the same to me, but I don't know for sure.
I figured they used +40 on the pics from the Rohana website since the retailers recommend +40 on all the online configurators.

My 20x10 +40 rear wheel by keramey, on Flickr

the lip size and the spokes will look the same whether they are +40 or +25. If you flip the wheel and look at it from the back you would see that the brake clearance on the +25 is much larger than the +40 (by 15mm to be exact). Just imagine what the back side would look like if a 15mm spacer was bolted on. That's what the +25 would look like.

ANYWAYS, just try to fit the wheel with a 3mm or 5mm spacer. If that still doesn't clear the caliper than return the wheels and get +25 and cut the rear fenders. Those are pretty much your only options.

I completely overlooked the lugnut depth shown on the rear of that white GS... It is definitely 15 mm deeper than what mine looked like on the rear lugs when I did the test fit.

Update from the retailer... I have a package in the mail from them now...guessing it is the spacers in question. Gonna call them in the morning to verify what they are sending to me. We will see!

Thanks for all the replies!

I know this is an old thread but I thought I would share my experience. Even in the +40 a spacer is normally needed for the IS and GS series cars, 3mm generally works just fine. I needed a 3mm spacer to clear my front brakes (IS350) and the 4GS seems to need it for the rear wheels. I would highly recommend that a pair of 3mm spacers be requested when ordering any Rohana deep dish wheels to make sure you don't have any issues. Any future sales of Rohana Wheels by GOTORacing will include a set of 3mm spacers to ensure great fitment right away.

Thanks for the extra confirmation GOTORacing... 3mm has worked ok for the rear, however, I can't ride 3ppl in the back seat now without a little tire rub. But the fronts were fine with no spacer!
