YOUTUBE it.
Me and my wifes cars BOTH have 8000K 55Watt DDM HID's and they ARE NOTE BLUE WHAT-SO-EVER.
Its PURE white and super bright. And yes they are aimed down and doesnt glare and blind everyone.
It isnt a "proper" way but not everyones budgets and lives consist of hammering money into a car

BTW, this response by NO MEANS is a negative post towards you or your mods...just being sarcastic with your money response lol.

Just an FYI, a lot of these 'ebay kits' [assuming that is being used most] aren't exactly description fitting.
Perhaps some of you claim 8k as per the box it was shipped in... but not always right. I've gotten a 6k kit, that was actually 8k. The cinnamon GS above looks to have 6k lows and 8k fogs.
I've had 'real' 6k, 4300k kits. They looked exactly like below;

Thus says the person with the custom black roof, L-Tuned sideskirts, LED tails, rims, roof spoiler, GS dropped....and no telling the mods you have in the interior. I guess it was ok to hammer money into those mods lol. Out of all of that, you could've at least done a bowl swap. To be honest, the aiming down of the bulbs doesn't help. The bottom of the bowl is still lit, which produces glare.

^ there is the colorshift as well to account for... Bulbs need a certain hour runtime to 'warm up' to their ideal color output, so they will become white with time. Well not really, since they have a blue tinge to them that's hard to capture with a camera. Here's my old bulbs; 6k
